Data we process
ChiwaSchool processes identity and contact data, account information, bookings or orders, billing data, support messages and technical logs required for security. Sensitive data must only be collected when a defined feature and legal basis require it.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing is used to perform contracts, provide requested services, secure access, meet legal duties, handle disputes and, where consent is required, measure audiences or personalise communications.
Recipients and processors
Data is available to authorised teams and strictly necessary hosting, payment, messaging and support providers. A marketplace professional only receives data required for the relevant service. Payment providers process payment data under their own regulatory duties.
Retention and transfers
Data is retained as long as needed for the service, support and accounting or dispute obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Transfers outside the European Economic Area must rely on a protection mechanism recognised by applicable law.
