Purpose

ChiwaSchool provides software services, WordPress integrations and, depending on the selected offer, subscription and payment services described on the Pricing page.

Subscription and payment

The price, currency, billing period and payment provider are displayed before confirmation. A subscription is created only after explicit checkout confirmation. Applicable commissions, taxes, trial periods and renewal terms are shown in the summary.

Seller and platform roles

For a service purchased on the marketplace, the professional named in the offer is the seller and remains responsible for its description, availability, performance and sector-specific duties. The platform provides intermediation, booking and, where applicable, collection and payout. When payment is collected directly on the professional’s WordPress or WooCommerce site, that professional is the merchant charging the customer.

Professional verification

Before selling or receiving a payout, the professional must provide accurate information about their identity, business, representatives and payment account. The platform or payment provider may request additional evidence, suspend activation or withhold a payout until regulatory and security checks are satisfied.

Commissions and payouts

The rate or amount of any platform commission, its calculation basis and applicable taxes are displayed in the offer or transaction summary before confirmation. For marketplace collection, the commission is deducted before the seller payout. For direct WooCommerce collection, a contractual commission may be recorded as an amount owed by the professional; it is never added retroactively to a confirmed transaction.

Complaints, disputes and chargebacks

Customers submit requests through the Contact page with the relevant reference. The seller must cooperate, provide useful performance evidence and meet their own obligations. The platform forwards the request, retains available technical evidence and may facilitate resolution. A refund, chargeback or fraud event may lead to payout cancellation, offset against future amounts or suspension, within the limits of applicable law and the professional agreement.

Access and cancellation

Access depends on the active plan, payment and applicable licence controls. Cancellation and end-of-term effects follow the subscribed plan and mandatory local rules.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)

Where applicable to distance contracts with consumers, you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract being concluded without giving any reason. This right may end if the service is fully performed with your express agreement, or if digital content is supplied after your express consent and acknowledgement that the right will be lost. Certain services tied to specific dates may fall under a statutory exception. Full details, exceptions and the request procedure are set out in our Refund and withdrawal policy.
